The Circle

Today is a sacred day, and those who know me know it! Today we gather in circle.

Today the invitation is to sit and speak about our own leadership, in a safe space. What does it mean to create as women? What does it mean to lead our own creations? What do we need?
I see and recognise leadership in the one who decides to ask for help.I see leadership in the one who keeps growing and helping another grow, even when that other person is a stranger.
I am fortunate to work with leaders who choose to listen and open themselves to new ways of doing things, where we co-create together.
I see more and more leaders placing wellbeing as a priority.
I have conversations, and start conversations, that spark the possibility and understanding to see what we can do as citizens. Where we choose not to be victims of the system. Where we understand our power as individuals and as a community.
I observe leadership every day when the sun rises in the mornings, inviting new possibilities to all beings who inhabit this earth. At night, the Moon, with her soft light, marks a leadership that invites rest, care and pause.

Leadership is a theme that has lived within me since an early age; it has transformed me, and it is a relationship that has evolved in my life as my consciousness expands.
Since 2022, as leader of my dreams, trusting my intuition, believing in love and in the power of community, I decided to start women's circles, thanks to this manifesting itself in a meditation.
Today, another circle with women who are leaders of their own lives. I honour the courage of each one for choosing to co-create this space together, for those who choose to come for the first time, and for those of us who keep believing in what this brings.
Each of our stories matters, and it is through listening to one another that we grow stronger, keep flourishing, recognise ourselves, and understand that we are not alone.
No, there is nowhere else I would rather be. Today I honour my leadership through this piece of writing. Today I keep choosing to bring women together to sit in circle.
Today the invitation is to keep co-creating together, to keep creating and honouring who we already are.
