Transformation is taking place

They are building a new underground station. When I first arrived in this area, there was only a café and a restaurant, and now there are two more restaurants. A large clinic is also being built and will soon be ready.

I see a lot of movement, and a tremendous amount of work that many people are doing together to achieve the area's construction plans and objectives.

This mirrors my own experience. I feel the same everything within me is transforming very quickly. There’s also a lot of noise, like the giant drills tearing up the streets. There’s been a lot of internal noise too insed of me, with nightmares that wake me up in the morning.

Marina told me: "Everything at a microscopic level is being affected. We usually notice external changes, but you don’t realise it’s affecting your genetics. The body had a way of functioning, and now new internal changes are taking place" I would add lifestyle changes and new neural pathways.

I come home and feel peace. This home gives me peace, and it’s a reflection of my internal home. The home I am deciding to cultivate day after day, which has taken me a long time and is still transforming.

When I don’t feel peace in my home, it’s because I’ve let the days pass without cleaning, or I’ve let the piles of clothes accumulate or I’ve self-sabotaged. It’s the same with my internal home. When I don’t apply the tools that help me personally, I don’t manage to be in full awareness.

This transformation is both internal and external, intellectual and spiritual, and it fills me with joy. The same joy I feel as I watch the progress in my community because it will bring new transport links, options, and opportunities.
